Real-time OEE

The software provides functionality beyond just historical and real-time OEE reporting, with additional ‘included as standard’ capability to provide complete reporting of human resources, downtime, shift performance, product performance, job planning and much more.

Real-time data collection can be simply achieved by utilising connectivity directly with Mitsubishi’s shop-floor automation controllers and networks. The valuable data residing in these control platforms can then be turned into useful information within MX4-Business.

Open database interface

It also includes an Open Database Interface (ODI), allowing import of simple XML data to MX4-Business’s database. This can be typically used to update the configuration data, or to input process data from MX4 SCADA or third party software systems such as ERP or any system that can output compatible XML files can be incorporated.
