IMO introduces new iView HMI Series.

IMO UK has introduced a new range of IP66 rated touch screen HMIs, in five models from 4.3” to 15”.  The  iView is offered in two ranges. The M Series models are suitable for mid-range applications and H Series models offer a higher capability for more demanding applications.

All iView HMIs offer high resolution 65K colour resistive touch LCD TFT screens operating on an ARM based Processor, and with an array of communications ports enabling easy data logging. Ports include: two USB, one Ethernet, three serial and a Micro SD up to 16GB. These support connection to printers, keyboards or mouse, and data storage on a Micro SD card or USB Hard Drive.

The iView HMI  supports extended remote connectivity via VNC server as well as Ethernet protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/IP, Profinet/IP), Serial protocols (including Modbus RTU, BACnet, Siemens MPI).

M Series

M Series models are for the medium range applications and offer a range of communications ports  including RS232/422/485 and USB for ease of data logging and connectivity.  Screen sizes are 4.3″, 7″, 10.4″ and 15″

H Series

Designed for more demanding applications, the H Series includes is supplied with a larger system memory, larger in-built system memory and larger battery backup memory.  It also offers optional Ethernet audio and video capability, and a wider operating temperature range.  Screen sizes are 7″, 10.4″, 12.1″ and 15″

Software – iView Developer

The included licensed programming software is an easy to use integrated development tool featuring solution-oriented screen objects, high-end vector graphics, Windows fonts for multi-language applications, recipes, alarms, data loggers and operation logging. Other functions include Trending, XY Graph, Alarm Monitoring and Time Scheduling.

iView HMIs have been optimised for implementation in Motion Control, Packaging Machinery, Food Processing, Pump Control, Water & Waste Treatment, Custodial Vehicle Management, Environmental Control, dedicated Alarm Systems, Building Management, Process Control and much more.
