The i3C Mini Intelligent Controller. 

The new Mini Controller complements the existing i3 product range of all in one PLC/HMI controllers by introducing a major product upgrade in both functionality and performance.

The i3C Mini is a smaller version of the i3C, with a colour screen in the same body style as the i3A and i3B.   It comes with many added features as standard, some of which are:

• 3.5” TFT colour screen 65k colour QVGA (320 x 240)
• Ethernet
• Increased logic size to 1MB
• Faster scan rate
• 50,000 Registers
• Up to 32GB Micro SD storage
• Up to 2TB external USB drive support
• 4 bit data rate
• Dual serial port on one modular Jack
• USB host

One of the new features to be included in the i3C Mini is a built-in Modbus TCP Ethernet port.   Other communications options include RS 232, RS485 and CANbus.  The specification includes a real-time clock, user defined function keys, optional modem, and free configuration software.

A GSM modem expansion card is available as an option, as is i3 Portal.  i3Portal is a low-cost Windows based application to enabling users to view and to access remote i3 controllers via a PC. This works alongside i3e transfer which transfers files between a PC and remote i3 controllers.
