The NJ1 Machine Controller

The newly introduced NJ1 controllers further enhance the scalability of the range and are fully compatible with existing Sysmac Machine Automation Controllers. The NX I/O range now consists of over 90 models including both standard and High speed digital I/O, standard and high performance analogue I/O, temperature inputs, position control and integrated safety I/O units.

SYSMAC STUDIO – Integrated Development Environment Software

Sysmac Studio integrates system configuration, programming and monitoring. The graphics-oriented configuration allows quick set-up of the controller, field devices and networks whilst the machine and motion programming is based on IEC standard and PLCopen Function Blocks for Motion Control cutting development & programming time. The smart editor, on-line debugging and advanced simulation tools make for quick error free programming vastly reducing machine programming, tuning and set-up time.
