iDrive2 XKL low cost inverter drives from IMO.

Expanding on the features and performance of the original iDrive, IMO Precision Controls has introduced the all new iDrive2 XKL. A competitively priced variable speed drive for small AC motors from 0.4 to 2.2 kW.

The compact IP20 rated drives are available in single phase and three phase versions up to 2.2 kW, and features include a detachable keypad, onboard communications, and PID control. A 2-year warranty offers peace of mind for users.

The iDrive2 is suitable for a wide range of application, including industrial, commercial and medical devices.  Their ultra-low purchase prices make them an interesting option for machine builders seeking a high volume cost-effective solution, and for occasional user looking for an inverter drive that is easy to set up and use.

iDrive 2 Filters

Earth leakage currents are often problematic when using small drives, but not with the new XKL range. There are several filter options available to suit the environment in which the inverter will be installed, and all are low leakage designs.  The EMC are suitable for single or three phase makes the iDrive2 suitable for all industrial, commercial or domestic applications.

For volume users there is a free software package that will allow the bulk transfer of complete parameter sets. Called Drive Studio it is available for download.
