GOT12 and GOT14 Series HMIs from Mitsubishi Electric UK.

Positioned above the GT10 and GT11 models in Mitsubishi GOT1000 Series, the GT12 and GT 14 touch screen HMIs offer important productivity gains by focusing on reducing downtime through quick response to problems.

One-Touch Ladder Jump function

The one touch function reduces equipment downtime by checking equipment operation, machine status and logic with a single button. When an error occurs, touching the Search button, the HMI automatically starts the Ladder Monitor which searches for the error and displays it on the screen.

In the event of an error in the program, the GOT’s ladder editor function can be used to make minor program corrections to the PLC program without the need to use a PC.

In the event of a more complex error, it may need several workers to debug programs and operate equipment at the same time if the operation and control panels are in different areas, but this is reduced by the Transparent Function.

Transparent function

Using the Transparent Function, the GOT can be used to connect a PC to the PLC in order check the equipment, and debug programs at the same time. Touch panel operation is enabled even when a PC is connected. Both the GOT and PLC can be debugged in one single, efficient operation

Programs and parameters can be backed up to the memory card or USB memory in the GOT. The  user can then perform a batch operation to restore the data to the PLC.

GT12

These large basic models feature an analogue touch panel with integrated features and communication interfaces.  The new GTl2 offer flexible configurations and expandability. The built-in interfaces (Ethernet, RS4221485 and RS232) enable connection to up to two kinds of FA equipment simultaneously. User memory capacity is 6MB

The GT1265 has a 8.4″ colour touch screen, while the screen size of the GT1275 is 10.4″.

GT 14

These are standard models with advanced features and communication interfaces. The GT1450 and GT1455 models provide an exceptionally clear 5.7″ display comprising 16 grey scale steps or up to 65,536 colours with a resolution of 320×240 pixels.

Windows fonts are utilized for clear text presentation and a CF card interface for project operation systems and data storage is provided. User memory capacity is 9MB, and a SD card interface is supported as a standard interface.

The front side USB interface can be used for communication with a PC, OS installation and project data down load. Optionally an Ethernet compatible version of each model is available.
