Schneider Transparent Ready XBT GT.

As the core part of the Magelis operator interface panels, the Transparent Ready XBT GT Series HMI offers high performance, high visibility displays from 3.8” to 15”.  The touch terminal series offers screens with TFT 65,536 colours, STN 4,096 colours or Monochrome, with an accurate analogue touch pad, adjustable contrast and brightness, and multi-windows with pop-up function.

Schneider Electric UK’s 5.7” XBT GT terminal (XBTGT2930) is equipped with a screen featuring an anti-reflection coating and a backlit display that is twice as intense for applications in brightly-lit environments, in particular those which are exposed to sunlight

The multi-function Transparent Ready terminals integrate a wide range of communication technologies including embedded Ethernet, multilink, Web server and FTP (depending on model selected).  Removable data storage by CF card and USB stick is provided for storing production data and backing up applications.

XBT GT will run multimedia composite video signal management from camera or camcorder and manage peripherals including printers, bar code readers, loudspeakers, etc. Other functions include:

– Display of animated mimics with 8 types of animation (pressing the touch panel,

color changes, filling, movement, rotation, size, visibility and value display)

– Control and modification of numeric or alphanumeric variables

– Display of current date and time

– Real-time and trending curves with log

– Alarm display, alarm log and management of alarm groups

– Multilingual application management (10 languages at the same time)

– Recipe management

– Data processing via Java script
