E700 Advanced Micro Drive Inverter from Mitsubishi Electric
The E700 series inverter drives from 0.1 to 15kW are compact and easy to install. They offer an economic and versatile solution for a wide range of applications from energy efficient fan and pump applications, to high performance material handling systems.
Included are an integrated USB port, one-touch digital dial control, integrated display, and option card expansion slot compatible with the many option cards from the 700 series. FR-E700 inverters can be connected to RTU Modbus and network systems like Profibus/DP, CC-Link, DeviceNet and LonWorks.
The E700’s innovative functions will protect both staff and valuable machinery by enabling the inverters to respond with great sensitivity to a variety of external events including controlled deceleration for brief power failures, and automatic restart after power failures.
The “Safe Torque Off” function (EN61800-5-2) disconnects the power from the motor and prevents an unexpected re-start. Compared to the traditional technology with contactors, this integrated Safety function reduces the effort in hardware, wiring and maintenance and offers higher performance and lifetime.
